The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in the electronics manufacturing field.

Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement:

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.

Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

Promote effective communication channels to enhance employee morale and productivity.

3. Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to measure employee productivity and contribution.

Work with department heads to establish performance goals and monitor progress.

Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback.

Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.

4.Training and Development:

Identify training needs based on organizational goals and employee skill gaps.

Design and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills, safety awareness, and leadership capabilities.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

5. Compliance and Legal:

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices.

Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, in accordance with legal requirements.

Handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and confidentiality.

6. HR Administration:

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including deductions and tax filings.

Prepare HR reports and analyse key metrics to support decision-making.

Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an HR manager in the manufacturing industry, preferably in electronics or related fields.

Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.

Certification in HR is a plus.
