Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Travel Relation. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements and reservations for our customers. This includes providing expert advice on destinations, booking flights and accommodations, organizing transportation, and creating personalized itineraries. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire travel process.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in travel consulting and travel management

Ability to handle travel arrangements and reservations efficiently

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools

Knowledge of various travel destinations and their attractions

Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus

Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
