Develop social media strategy
Visibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the company strategic lines.
Develop content for the Social Media Campaign like infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts etc.
Define KPIs and KRAs for Social Media Campaigns.
Update social media content across all channels including but not limiting to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, on a daily basis.
Engage with customers and followers.
Monitor campaigns and analyses of data obtained.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Establish relationships and collabs with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
Keep an eye on social media trends and make content which is savvy.
Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management
Qualifications
Proficiency in many social media platforms
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
4-6 years of prior experience as a social media manager or a SEO and digital marketer role
Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career
Masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
Experience in creating social media strategies
Experience in crafting engaging content infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts
Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and able to multitask
Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
