As a Service Technician at ACS, your role will involve:

Conducting maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to ensure top-quality service

Providing valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory management, and retail pricing strategies

Participating in utility programs and assisting with retrofit installations as required

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints

Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Experience in making repair and replacement decisions

Ability to acquire a low-voltage license within 2 years of employment

Advanced customer service skills

Willingness to obtain NATE certifications within one year of employment

Demonstrated capability to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Safe operation of scissors and genie lifts

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air-balancing principles
