Responsibilities:

Hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities on your shift

Be available to work night, weekend, and holiday hours

Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time

Deliver operational excellence to ensure guest satisfaction

Follow brand standards and systems to deliver quality food and beverages

Maintain a clean and neat workstation

Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures

Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security

Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies

Qualifications:

Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Guest-focused with the ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs

Passionate about achieving results and exceeding targets

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
