Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage Executives' dynamic calendar/schedule; resolve conflicts and prioritize meetings in alignment with top objectives
Coordinate and handle logistics for travel and accommodations
Draft communications to streamline executive’s time
Sit in on meetings, take notes to highlight key action items; distribute to stakeholders and follow up to help drive completion of deliverables
Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings and conferences
Complete expense reports
Event planning
Qualifications
5+ years executive support to C-Suite
Technology or start-up experience is a must
Strongly prefer a 4 year degree
Ability to manage & prioritize multiple competing tasks simultaneously
Capable of navigating an ambiguous environment, being resilient under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and demonstrate urgency and respect for deadlines
