Research Chemical Engineer
Life Science People has partnered with a strong client seeking a Research Chemical Engineer to work at their R&D facility. The successful candidate will be engaged in process research and development, specifically focusing on production-scale chromatography and ion exchange.

Responsibilities:
Technology Development: Develop separation process technologies utilizing adsorption, ion exchange, and industrial chromatography for various industry clients.
Experimental Design and Execution: Design and conduct experimental pilot studies to collect engineering data and validate the predictions of numerical models.
Problem Solving: Apply optimization and troubleshooting techniques to identify the best solutions for specific challenges.
Client Interaction: Engage with potential customers to explore new applications and opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.
Technical Skills: Strong background in designing experiments and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of chromatographic, adsorption, and ion-exchange processes.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data from bench-scale experiments. Capable of using insights from data analysis to develop practical solutions for large-scale applications.
Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to write clear technical reports and deliver presentations on complex subjects.
Team Collaboration: Experienced in working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
