Voice Technician

Summary: Our Voice Technician will ensure the integrity and stability of all telecommunications solutions. This will be achieved by taking a lead position in the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting of all telecommunications services. The Voice Technician will offer internal teams and departments consultative support to leverage telecommunications technology, improve business processes, and implement solutions. They will draw out, analyze, document, validate, and complete project requirements. A successful candidate will demonstrate their strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills by creating action plans, forming strong business relationships, and influencing the direction of projects to ensure a positive and satisfactory result from all parties.

Responsibilities:

Our Voice Technician will maintain and support our existing clients, maintain, and assist with Installation of Mitel MiVoice Connect, Mitel MiVoice Business, Cloud Voice Clients, Mitel MiVoice Business, UCaaS Cloud Voice solutions, network and telecommunications infrastructure equipment, phones and other peripheral equipment.

Certifications:

Certifications in deployment and support for RingCentral, Zoom, Mitel MiVoice Business, Mitel MiVoice Blue Connect, and Cisco will help the candidate be successful.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Education/Experience: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in UCaaS with strong emphasis in traffic monitoring, hardware support, and carriers. Strong preference for candidates with Mitel Business products with experience supported by their advanced certifications or equivalent experience or demonstrable skills.
