Our industry-leading insurance client is seeking a Senior Change & Release Management Specialist. This is a hybrid role, must be able to commute to Johnston, RI.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all changes to the production environment in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Responsible for the assessment and prioritization of change requests based on their potential impact and risk.

Responsible for resolving issues by proactively addressing issues/trends in the process or technology, as well as educating and training users on the change management tool and process.

Participate in audits of the controls associated the change management process.

Keep abreast of regulatory requirements such as the Model Audit Rule (MAR) and ensure that associated practices are compliant.

Working with other members of the team, they will be responsible for the collection, evaluation, understanding, and implementation of business requirements involved in the development, modification, or ongoing support of existing Information Security and Risk Management processes and solutions.

Job Requirements:

ITIL background with a focus on change management; including a solid understanding of change management principles, processes, and methodologies

Strong analytical skills, enabling the assessment and prioritization of change requests based on their potential impact and risk

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective engagement and influence with stakeholders

Knowledge of Ivanti platform strongly preferred

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
