ETL Lead

Title: ETL Lead -W2 only

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA /Rocky Hill,CT (Onsite only)

Open for Visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

Lead the development team and deal with business users.

Understand the business needs and provide solutions.

Involved in design, development and deployment EDW & BI projects and product implementations.

Development of ETL processes and SQL programming to facilitate data exchanges.

Coordinate, plan, develop and support ETL processes including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation.

Document steps needed to migrate database objects between various environments including Development, UAT, Staging, and Production

Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases

Skilled at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements.

Build, maintain, and enhance all objects packages/functions.

Data Conversion experience is preferred.

Working experience with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS.

Required Skills:

Must have a minimum of 10+ years development experience with EDW.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience as lead.

Must have hands on experience leading onsite team and dealing with business users.

Must have proven experience in ETL with EDW.

Must have experience working with business users•

Must be strong in SQL.

Good Understanding of Data Modeling, Database Design, EDW Concepts, Predictive Modeling.

Must have excellent communication skill.

Must be Domain expertise.
