RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Dell Open Manage Enterprise to streamline infrastructure management processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and operational procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, workflows, and integrations within Dell Open Manage Enterprise.

Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in automation engineering and Dell Open Manage Enterprise.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Automation Engineer, preferably with specific experience in Dell Open Manage Enterprise.

Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Redfish API), and infrastructure automation tools.

Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions for server provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using Dell Open Manage Enterprise.

Familiarity with other infrastructure management tools and technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Dell Open Manage Enterprise certification or relevant certifications in automation and infrastructure management.

Experience with other automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
