Job Description:

ATE setup and Testing using the tester Advantest 93k Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems Characterization, yield enhancement, datalogging and spec validation. Verifying SLT engineering setups.

Planning and tracking all SLT testing activities Interpret patterns in the data collected. Collaborate with engineering groups including SLT PE, SLT TE, ATE, systems/silicon validation, and quality teams to coordinate efforts to resolve silicon issues.

Install and Update OS/FW using instructions Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards.
