Job Title: Manual Tester

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced manual testers to join our team at our Mechanicsburg, PA, location. As a manual tester, you will be responsible for conducting software system testing, writing test cases, and executing them to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

Conduct system testing to identify and resolve software defects

Write test cases based on system requirements

Experience with Integrated Eligibility

Execute test cases and report findings

Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements:

Proven experience in software system testing

Strong proficiency in writing test cases and executing them

Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Experience with Software Integration Testing (SIT)

Proficiency in using tools such as JIRA and JAMA for test management

Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Previous experience working in Agile development environments

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
