Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior PR and Brand Marketing Manager to lead our public relations strategies and brand partnership efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting high-impact PR campaigns that align with our marketing objectives, enhancing our brand visibility among target media outlets and audiences, and fostering strategic brand collaborations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance Azazie's visibility and reputation across key media outlets, including print, digital, and broadcast.

Organize and manage PR events that effectively showcase Azazie’s products and attract media coverage.

Maintain and expand relationships with media contacts, ensuring regular engagement and follow-up to secure and amplify coverage.

Initiate and manage brand partnerships, including licensing and collaborative marketing efforts, with aligned brands to expand market reach and consumer engagement.

Serve as the primary liaison between Azazie and partner brands, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Compile and analyze PR and partnership metrics to produce detailed reports that measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns and brand collaborations.

Travel 2-3x a year for PR/editorial events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 5+ years of similar experience in the fashion/apparel industry

Strong existing media contacts within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Proven track record of successful PR campaign management and event planning.

Experience in forming and maintaining brand partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in measuring and interpreting PR success.
