Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for outbound sourcing efforts. This person identifies and contacts viable candidates that can work with Pluto. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a customer service mindset.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Identify and make initial contact with viable candidates via social media, phone, internet, referrals, etc.

Provide Sales Recruiters with necessary contact information for prospective candidate.

Follow up on all leads and candidate questions that are received daily.

Review all current activity with management such as targeted searches, pipeline, candidate feedback and follow through with appropriate action.

Maintain database integrity while entering candidates contact information into CRM database and reviewing for duplication of leads.

Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.

Assist in the task-setting (follow up) function when necessary

Other projects and duties as required/assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong sense of urgency and self-motivated

Ability to thrive in fast paced and metric driven environment

Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills

Strong attention to detail

Good organization skills

Required Experience/Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.

One year of relevant work experience preferred (Administrative, Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing preferred).

Willingness to work onsite at our Columbus, Ohio Headquarters.
