Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in support of the launch of the brand's showroom and driving various event initiatives. As the Coordinator, you will play a key role in orchestrating appointments, managing pulls, maintaining the calendar, supporting events, overseeing PR samples and gifting inventory, and coordinating all activities within the showroom. Beyond logistical responsibilities, you will be at the forefront of cultivating talent relationships within the brand’s community. The ideal candidate for this role must possess exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a highly personable demeanor. Given the substantial involvement in press appointments, a strong passion for Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media is crucial. Additionally, an innate eye for identifying emerging talent is highly valued.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for managing all Showroom Activities: Oversee and orchestrate all activities within the showroom to ensure a seamless and organized environment.

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and edit the calendar, handling appointments, pulls, and other activities for the PR, Influencer, and Social Media teams

Inventory Organization: Implement a systematic approach to organizing inventory, encompassing PR samples and gifting items.

Showroom Presentation: Maintain the showroom's impeccable appearance at all times to reflect the brand's standards.

Support Talent Activity: Provide crucial support for all pull and talent-related activities within the space.

Creative Activation and Vendor Sourcing:

Brainstorm and source creative activations, vendors, and activities tailored for gifting, appointments, and events.

Coordinate VIP services and curate exceptional experiences for high-profile VIP guests and clients.

Foster and maintain talent relationships, establishing connections with new partners through mailings, gifting, and outreach on brand initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for all events, ensuring seamless execution.

Create and manage comprehensive event recaps for analysis and improvement.

Develop and manage relationships with partners, vendors, and internal teams (social, influencer, partnerships, PR) to collectively achieve event and marketing goals.

Create and manage effective timelines, ensuring projects stay on track and meet established deadlines.

Qualifications:

2-3 years in PR and Showroom experience

Fashion In house or agency experience

Event coordination experience

Natural relationship builder

Ability to work independently and with little oversight

Established and well-connected to VIP, entertainment and celebrity network

Exceptional organizational skills

A genuine passion for Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media

Polished, sharp and an effective communicator

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
