Our client is a leading manufacturer of quality lighting products located in Irvine, CA. They are growing significantly and have customer service opportunities for the right candidates. They offer excellent benefits, paid holidays and 401k.

We are seeking a responsible and highly motivated customer service specialist with a strong background in lighting or electrical products. You will be developing new and nurturing long time relationships with territory rep agencies, customers and inside staff. This job also entails order entry, for very simple to complex orders for architectural lighting brands.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

-Strong Customer Service experience. Minimum of 3 years preferred

-Willingness to work in office, 5 days per week

-Experience in processing orders, providing order update status via phone and/or email, ETA on al products, information on back orders, tracking information and issuing Returned Material Authorization (RMA)

-Responding to customers questions & inquiries

-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must

-Good organization and work prioritization skills are a must

-Exceptional telephone and email etiquette

-Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your knowledge

-Ability to work well under pressure and express exceptional critical thinking skills

• Familiarity with Lighting & Electrical is a plus

• Basic computer skills are a must including Excel, Word and Outlook, experience with SAP and/or NetSuite CRM for order entry is a plus

• Possess a desire to understand technical products

• Cheerful, positive attitude and a desire to help people
