Salary: $65-85k

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Planning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Hospitality, Events, or Performance industries, with at least 3 years of meeting planning experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

Ability to use computers and office equipment regularly.

Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs.

Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and walking.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead client relationships, program planning, execution, and financial management.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and providing creative solutions.

Consult with clients to understand program goals, needs, and expectations.

Stay informed about industry trends to deliver compelling and innovative concepts.

Schedule and conduct planning and debrief meetings with clients to assess program outcomes.

Collaborate with internal teams from sales to operations for seamless program execution.

Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.

Coordinate logistical details for meetings and events, overseeing program specifications.

Act as a liaison between clients, hotels, and other suppliers.

Manage program budgets to maximize cost savings and revenue opportunities.

Provide leadership and direction to internal teams and on-site travel staff.

Implement contingency plans and troubleshoot onsite issues as needed.

Identify and share best practices and process improvements company-wide.

Travel up to 25% or more annually as required.
