Japanese Corporates Credit Risk Analyst

Client is a large international bank and is seeking to hire a VP Credit Analyst to cover a portfolio of Japanese corporates.

Responsibilities include:

Examine credit risk factors for new and existing corporate deals.

Oversee deal and credit approval, guaranteeing transparent communication with stakeholders and adherence to credit policies.

Evaluate client financial status and continuously monitor portfolio risks.

Join meetings to review borrowers and sectors, aiding front offices in devising plans for challenging credits.

Keep track of assigned portfolio, promptly informing management of significant events.

Personal Requirements:

Experience covering credit analysis of individual deals

At lease 2 years of experience for Associate and 5+ years for VP

Fluency in Japanese is a plus, but not required

Ability to commute on site 2-3 days/week in NYC
