Job Title/Role: QA Automation Lead (Quality Assurance, Automation, Selenium, Xpath, Core Java/Python, BDD, Cucumber, Agile, SQL)

Job Type: Fulltime (OR) Contract to Hire (OR) Long Term Contract

Work Location: Hybrid Work (3 days from office and 2 days from home)

Plano, TX

Required Skills:

QA Automation Testing (Quality Assurance, Automation, Selenium, Xpath, Core Java/Python, BDD, Cucumber, Agile, SQL)

Qualifications:

Must have Overall 10+ years of IT industry experience.

Must have Lead Experience as well.

Must have minimum 5+ years of development experience in Automation Testing.

Must have good experience with Selenium and Xpath.

Must have experience with frameworks like BDD, Cucumber or Karate.

Must have experience with Core Java/Python Programming.

Must have strong experience with SQL.

Must have strong experience with Agile Methodology.

Must have good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

API Testing (REST/Webservices)

COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
