What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Program Quality Manager? You’ll be:

• Communicating with various customers about new or repeat projects

• Collecting specifications and requirements for projects from customers

• Quoting projects

• Initiating projects by coordinating tasks within the company

• Coordinating scheduling for production start and status updates

• Communicating project status and issues with customers

• Acting as a liaison between production and customers during production

• Managing the company's Quality Management System and ISO 9001 certification

• Resolving customer-reported quality issues

• Collaborating with production on quality questions and issue resolution

• Documenting and implementing corrective actions within the Quality Management System
