Exciting Opportunity in Compensation Management! We're seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our team and play a crucial role in designing, modeling, and analyzing compensation programs for various units. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards, you'll lead compensation planning, forecasting, and the year-end and mid-year compensation salary and bonus cycles. Collaboration with senior leadership, business unit leaders, HRBPs, and finance members is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the compensation strategy and communicate related employee communications

Collaborate with business units and HRBPs on annual compensation reviews, bonus planning, and competitive offers

Create and present materials on compensation and analysis for executive meetings

Prepare and distribute reports on a regular and ad hoc basis

Respond to compensation data inquiries from managers and employees

Collaborate with Finance on compensation expense models

Synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights for senior leadership

Recommend solutions for compensation-related issues

Mentor junior compensation professionals

General Qualifications:

12-18 years of previous experience in an analytical Compensation role, preferably in the financial services industry

Bachelor's degree required

Solid understanding of financial concepts, including experience with financial modeling

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively

Experience with incentive plan design and equity program management

Prior management experience

Ability to develop and adapt compensation strategies to meet business needs

Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive decisions from quantitative and qualitative data

Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Indexing, Sumproduct, Pivot Tables, Graphs/Charts)

Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information

Prior experience with carried interest plans a plus

Strong project management skills

MBA and/or CFA a plus
