Real Estate Paralegal

LHH is seeking a strong commercial real estate paralegal for a top firm in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Responsibilites include:

Coordinate commercial real estate transaction closings

Assist with preparation and review of loan documents

Order and review title commitments and surveys

Prepare closing binders and handle post closing matters

Order, review, and abstract UCC/judgement

Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of prior paralegal experience, specifically in commercial real estate

Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies

Salary: $75,000-$90,000
