Cloud Solution Architect

Infosys is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and communicating cloud strategy, patterns and establishing cloud readiness criteria while assisting teams in mapping, transforming, and migration applications to the most appropriate cloud model. Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company.

Required Qualifications:

-Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh NC, Bridgewater NJ, Phoenix AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.

-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

-At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

-Experience in architecting solutions leveraging AWS & Azure IaaS, PaaS as well as SaaS solutions

-Cloud Operating Model Design;

-Cloud strategy and suitability assessment

-Cloud Foundation Design;

-Experience in infra-automation tools like Terraform and general programming languages: Ansible, Java, python, Golang

• Planning and Co-ordination skills.

• Good Communication and Analytical skills.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

• Experience in architecting solutions leveraging AWS

• Cloud Migration experience; Cloud Native Development; CaC: Container Orchestration; DevOps/CI-CD

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
