Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to a team of esteemed attorneys

Meticulously editing and proofreading all forms of correspondence and legal documentation

Masterfully coordinating meetings and meticulously managing complex calendars

Cultivating seamless communication channels with clients, external counsel, and vendors

Facilitating attorney travel logistics and diligently preparing expense reports

Exemplifying precision in opening, maintaining, and methodically closing attorney files

Skillfully transcribing a spectrum of correspondence, memos, and legal documents with unwavering accuracy

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized and detail oriented

Self-starter with excellent initiative

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
