Field Clinical Engineer

CM Medical is partnered with a medical device start-up in the cardiac electrophysiology (EP) space.

We are recruiting a Field Clinical Engineer (FCE) to join the US team and help support procedures and increase the adoption of their medical device. We are open to candidates based anywhere on the Eastern seaboard, with a preference for the Northeast or Southeast US.

We are open to candidates based in the Midwest and further west, but the travel will be higher.

Our client is a European medical device start-up with a team and operations in both the US and EU. They have commercialized an innovative device to help improve the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. Their device is FDA cleared and has been extremely well-received by the country's leading hospitals and KOLs.

As FCE your main responsibility will be to provide procedural support in key accounts across the Eastern US. As this is a start-up, there will be an element of wearing multiple hats and involve working cross-functionally with other departments.

We are seeking an experienced clinical specialist (3-5 years) who are looking to take the next step up in their career and further develop their clinical and business acumen. If company milestones are met, this position will elevate into a Territory Manager in 2 years from now.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of anatomical cardiac mapping systems (3-5 years experience)

Passionate about Cardiac EP and improving patient outcomes.

Willingness to travel (75%)

Growth mindset, adaptability, customer centric and ability to work independently.

Able to use ones initiative, be amenable to a start-up and be commercially minded.
