TITLE: Electrical Engineer (Sustaining Projects)
LOCATION: Everett, WA & Kirkland, WA (Hybrid)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Direct-Hire
PAY RANGE: $120K-145K.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead product-sustaining projects, managing obsolescence and market-driven modifications
Create and update product documentation, including bills of material, drawings, and change orders
Analyze production test failures, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions
Collaborate with various departments to support manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain functions
Facilitate the transition of new products from Engineering to Operations
Investigate and resolve complex hardware issues reported by customers, ensuring satisfaction
Conduct testing and analysis of returned products to maintain customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality
Collaborate with suppliers to select cost-effective components and materials
Ensure product designs comply with industry standards and regulations
Lead product qualification and agency compliance test programs as needed
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution
5+ years of direct experience in High-Speed Circuit Design, including Best Practices and Thermal Considerations.
Experience with testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, DMMs, and DC Power Supplies
PCB Analysis in PADS or equivalent
Experience in Aerospace or other regulated experience preferred.
Digital & Analog Circuit Troubleshooting Preferred.
