Project Superintendent

LHH is partnering with a construction company to find there next Project Manager. As a Traveling Roofing Project Manager, you'll undertake the responsibility of overseeing roofing projects across various states. Your role will involve traveling to different job sites to ensure project specifications are met, materials are appropriately handled, and work progresses smoothly. From coordinating with project teams to maintaining client satisfaction, you'll play a vital role in ensuring successful project execution regardless of location.

Review project specifications with Project Manager, coordinating start date with Operations Manager.

Ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements through thorough review and discussion.

Collaborate with Foreman/Sub to review project breakdown, equipment needs, and material lists.

Receive Superintendent's Project Manual, verifying all necessary documentation and preparing for project execution.

Attend Pre-Construction Meeting to discuss safety, staging, client policies, and construction schedule.

Oversee loading of materials, verifying receipts, and ensuring safe handling and staging.

Supervise project progress, conducting quality control inspections and maintaining communication with crew and client.

Address issues promptly, identify RFIs and change orders, and participate in production meetings for schedule updates.

Foster positive customer relationships and promote customer satisfaction throughout project duration.

Qualifications

Must have deep knowledge of roofing in residential or commercial industry.

Ability to travel 50% of the time.
