Seeking Canadian Consultant currently living in Canada

9 month contract

Location: Hybrid - Onsite in Montreal, QC 3 days per week with 2 days remote. Occasional travel to sites in US might be required.

Rate: paid in CAD – Canadian Dollars – (not paid in US Dollars)

Our client has an urgent need for an SAP S4 Hana OTC Business Process Expert (BPE) to be part of their IT SAP Center of Expertise (COE).

Will work with the Service Center Team (MRO) and the Distribution Center Team (DC) ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day business. Will need to understand the business processes, ensuring they are lean, standardized and aligned with current industry best practices. Will translate the business ideas and requirements into SAP terminology, support business case development and cost benefit analysis.

Requires:

5+ years of experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects.

Expert in Sales OTC business processes and following functions:

Sales quotation & Contract

Sales from Stock/Rush Order

Customer Consignment

Third Party Sales/Sales of Service/Cross Company Sales

Customer Returns

Invoice Correction/Credit Memo/Debit Memo

EDI Integration (Aeroxchange)

Warranty Management/Claim Processing

International Trade-Export Controls

Freight Carrier System Integration (ShipERP)

Delivery

Customer Portal

Technical knowledge and process know-how (E2E)

Experience in process design and development of E2E processes

Expertise in process management as well as in the application of supporting tools: e.g. SAP Solution

Detailed knowledge of interfaces to other processes and SAP applications/solutions/products respectively non-SAP solutions

Experience in application development

Competence in implementing requirements according to technical possibilities

Experience with support structures and escalation management

Knowledge in creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and budget planning

Bilingual in French & English is a bonus - English required for documentation and correspondence

Prior MRO aviation experience is a plus
