Assembler

Job Description

As a Framing Assembler, you will be responsible for reading production drawings and assembling wall panels, floor joists, and roof trusses. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the finished products for shipment. The assembly work will consist of positioning the steel pieces that the Framecad machines produce and then fastening the pieces together with screws and an impact driver drill. The shipment work will consist of stacking the wall panels, floor joists, and roof trusses for shipment, so they can be unloaded efficiently at the construction site.

In addition, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

A proven track record in fabrication of trusses, framing, and construction

· Great communication and safety consciousness

· A willingness to learn about new products and services

· Hands-on electrical & welding experience a big plus

* Must be able to read, write, communicate in English*

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $14.50 per hour
