We currently have an opportunity available for a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager. This role involves providing crucial support for the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

Operate in a quick-paced office environment with 800 employees worldwide requiring engagement across all levels within human resources.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing relevant federal and state human resource regulations concerning policies, procedures, record-keeping, and employee relations/investigations.

Manage employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Communicate with all levels of associates at global locations, establishing oneself as a valuable resource for addressing any human resource needs.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives in alignment with best practices.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as a representative of Derrick Corporation

Cultivate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for employees during all benefit or HR-related interactions.

Stay updated on industry developments by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in relevant professional associations.

Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field

SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certification required.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a large organization with 800+ employees, either as a Human Resources Generalist or Managerial role.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time globally.

Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and seamlessly switch between tasks as they arise.

Proven record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines while upholding attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to work independently, making decisions effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of State and Federal employment regulations and guidelines

Flexibility with schedule to accommodate time differences.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Prior or existing familiarity with ADP Workforce Now

Elevated level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Approachable demeanor conducive to collaborative work with all employees and departments.

Elevated level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
