Responsibilities:

Drivers License & Dependable transportation of your own.

We are hiring for part time contractors at this time, with the expectation of moving into a fuller schedule with time.

This is a 1099 position.

Starting pay - Depending on Experience

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
