Major responsibilities
- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
- Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side
- Analyze and summarize legal documents- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Top notch academic credentials and references
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
- Comprehension of real estate law
- Knowledge of Litigation Attorney
- Bankruptcy experience highly preferred
- Practical knowledge of Transactional
- Background working with bankruptcy law
- Previous experience working with commercial real estate
- Good understanding of Corporate Real Estate
- Corporate Real Estate experience highly valued
- Earlier work involving commercial real estate
- Foundational knowledge in Litigation Attorney
- Adeptness in Federal Government Contracts
- Licensed Attorney experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Transactional Law
- Deep understanding of Licensed Attorney
- General familiarity with Transactional Matters
- Government contracts experience highly desired
- Licensed attorney
