Your responsibilities
- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
- Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
- Oversee and manage general ledger
- Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Settle accounts by reconciling entries
- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents- Prior experience working with accounting software
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Sage 300 experience desired
- Knowledge of real estate
