Looking for a bilingual Japanese speaking customer focused, tech to join our clients expanding helpdesk team. This will be working onsite 5 days a week. If you're a creative with a talent for solving both routine and unique problems, you might be right for this job. Located in Marysville, Ohio, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term W2 contract opportunity. Great opportunity for a current student or recent college graduate with a Information Technology, MIS or Cyber Security or related degree that can speak Japanese.
Key responsibilities
- Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
- Provide L1 IT support over the phone, via email, chat or remote tools to end users with Windows OS, O365, Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication or peripheral devices.
- IT incident tracking and ticket documentation in ServiceNow
- Be able to prioritize tasks, effectively communicate with end users and leadership to efficiently resolve or escalate IT incidents.
- Management of end-user and devices in Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and support remote employees with VPN access and connectivity.
- Bilingual English and fluent Japanese
- 1+ year of IT Support experience with ticket/incident documentation
- CompTIA Certification or Degree in IT related field is highly preferred
- Experience with moves, adds, changes, password resets in Active Directory
- Preferred experience with supporting MFA or SSO
- In-depth experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11, and O365
- Need to be able to work in a fast pace environment while providing exemplary customer service to end users.
- Experience working with remote access tools to support end users is beneficial.
