Sherloq Financial is looking for YOU to become the next member of our team working in our recovery department. Our Recovery Specialists are given the skills needed for contacting consumers via telephone to inform, negotiate, and collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

SKILLS

Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively and professionally communicate with your peers and Client Services via email and on the floor.

Ability to deal with a variety of personalities and scenarios while managing one's own emotions throughout the call and on the collection floor.

Self-motivated individual with strong customer service attitude.

Computer, communication and math skills.

Excellent written and oral communication along with good analytical skills of situations.

High school graduate or equivalent required.

One (1) year customer service or collections experience preferred.
