We offer flexible hours to meet your schedule. Full-time & part-time hours available.

Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses make up the largest segment for Home Health Care. We realize that this is a very important component of our business as we serve the elderly/disabled persons.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform patient assessments

Write care plans for skilled nursing

Perform skilled nursing activities

Make home visits when needed

Conduct a customer service satisfaction survey quarterly

Address any grievance/complaint received from patient

Oversee the tasks perform by CNA's & HHA's as needed

Qualifications

Must have current license

Recent Graduates encouraged to apply
