As a Part-Time Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients by conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all treatments. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on therapy sessions, educating patients on exercises and techniques, and adapting treatment plans as needed based on patient progress. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage your caseload efficiently.
