Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver instructional material related to video editing techniques and principles to UG Students
Conduct live or recorded workshops to educate UG students on best practices in video editing.
Provide constructive feedback on students' video projects and guide them in improving their skills.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance the educational value of video content.
Key Skills
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
Proven experience in teaching or conducting workshops, especially in a higher education setting. Attention to detail
Ability to pick out attention-grabbing shots
Knowledge of basic editing principles
Strong understanding of video production techniques, storytelling, and visual communication.
Qualification:
Master's degree in film production or sound and video editing/videography/audio production/ film history/advanced cinematography/digital post-production.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing
