Sales Business Development Manager

Position: Telecaller (Work From Home)

Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Job Description:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Meet daily or weekly call quotas and sales targets.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Proven experience as a Sales Business Development Manager or similar customer service role.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
