Anahat Foundation is dedicated to improving access to quality primary and preventive healthcare for underserved urban communities. Located in Bengaluru, India, we operate a free primary health clinic that offers consultations with qualified doctors, free medicines, and diagnostic lab tests. Additionally, we run a preventive health program called Prerna to assist patients in managing noncommunicable diseases like diabetes and hypertension. We also run a weekly physiotherapy clinic and mental health counseling.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an allopathic doctor at Anahat Foundation. The Doctor will be responsible for providing patient care and treatment, conducting medical examinations, wound dressings and other minor procedures. The role requires working on-site at our clinic in Bengaluru to ensure high-quality healthcare services are provided to our patients.

Qualifications

Medicine and Surgery skills

Experience in patient care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Experience in managing noncommunicable diseases is a plus

Fluency in local languages is a must

Medical degree and valid license to practice medicine in India
