Junior Python/Django Developer

As a Junior Python/Django Developer at Talrop, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our software applications

You will primarily work with Python, Django and PostgreSQL to develop scalable and efficient backend solutions

This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about software development, enjoys problem-solving and has a strong foundation in backend development using Python and related technologies

Responsibilities :

Write clean, efficient and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Design, develop and maintain backend systems using Python, Django and PostgreSQL.

Ensure the scalability, performance and security of the backend infrastructure.

Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend functionality with the user interface.

Perform code reviews, identify and address any issues or bugs.

Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Skills required :

Strong proficiency in Python programming language.

Experience working with Django framework and building RESTful APIs.

Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalentexperience).

Experience working with Django framework and building RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
