UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Talrop, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and functional designs. Thisentry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design process and grow within the field of UI/UX design.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand projectrequirements and user needs.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicatedesign concepts.

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Assist in maintaining design systems and documentation.

Skills required :

Proficiency in Figma.

Understanding of basic design principles, color theory and typography

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field.

Demonstrated portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic or professional).
