We are seeking an experienced Admin/Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities

As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our buildings, equipment, and systems

You will oversee a team of maintenance staff and contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

Facility Operations Management:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth facility operations.

Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, equipment, and utilities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Oversee the operation of critical facility systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Monitor facility performance and implement improvement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

Develop and manage the facility's annual budget, including operating expenses and capital projects.

Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure budget compliance.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to obtain competitive pricing and quality services.

Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Vendor and Contract Management:

Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.

Evaluate vendor performance and address any concerns or issues.

Emergency Preparedness and Risk Management:

Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation, and disaster recovery procedures.

Conduct regular drills and training sessions to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to the facility and occupants.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using facility management software and tools.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.

Knowledge of MS- Office and Tally.
