Understanding of Chlor Alkali operations

Knowledge of DCS Operations

Good understanding of emergency handling

Experience of handling hazardous and flammable chemicals

Knowledge of plant safety standards

Ensure availability of Plant and Machinery to achieve targeted production With Co-Ordination with Service Depts

Monitor operation parameters & consumption norms

Maintain high Liquid Chlorine v/s. Chlorine Gas ratio

Ensure full utilization of Hydrogen (maximize Flakes production)

Implementation of Safety practices

Continuously train people to adopt Safety practices

Incident Controller during on-site emergency
