Daily operational Reporting of DGA's on their plan vs achievement KPI and guide them to take corrective action wherever required.
Driving Loyalty by handling different category of Influencers through
DGA team
Ensure DGA wise monthly Contractor's Participation as per target Ensure DGA tracking on daily basis – Site visits, dealer visit & contractor visits.
Ensure each team member carry healthy Lead Pipeline and take proactive action in case of any gap in any of team member's lead funnel.
Market visit with local DGA
Independently handling Architects of base location and drive business through them.
Ensure timely gift redemption of all painters/contractors of his division.
• Handle Painters/contractor complaints related to scheme gratifications
• Ensure Painter/Contractor secondary schemes communication
New Product Launch/Go to market plan execution at
Painters/contractor point.
Qualification:
Any Degree, Preferred MBA.
