Electronics Hardware Engineer - Associate

We at Techolution are looking for a profound Electronics & Electrical Design Engineer with meticulous attention toward detail of all elements of design with subsequent troubleshooting and maintenance. As an Electronics & Electrical Design Engineer, you will be expected to maintain transparent communication and work with a level of fluidity so that any necessary changes can be implemented as required to ensure that client expectations (and end-user requirements) are satisfied.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop sophisticated high-speed, high-precision electronic circuits and PCBs, with a focus on ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility.

Lead the creation of comprehensive documentation for all design and development processes, ensuring clarity and adherence to industry standards.

Oversee and execute the assembly of electronic components and systems, applying precision soldering techniques and adhering to stringent quality standards.

Engage in advanced prototyping activities, utilizing a variety of techniques and materials to test and refine electronic assemblies before final production.

Implement control systems and integrate sensors for robotics and automation projects, leveraging an extensive knowledge of control theory.

Conduct advanced signal processing and analysis to guarantee robust performance across diverse applications.

Apply principles of thermal management in electronics design, including performing thermal simulations and developing efficient cooling strategies for high-power electronic assemblies.

Ensure all designs meet international regulatory standards and safety requirements, focusing on reliability and environmental impact.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and effectively communicating complex technical concepts.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of electronic hardware components and systems

Experience with electronics prototype development, PTH & SMD Soldering.

Strong Troubleshooting Skills.

Good Communication skills.

Experience on power supply design for embedded circuits (buck converter, LDO, SMPS).

Strong working experience with Circuit Design using any design tool (e.g., Altium, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Good understanding of Hardware Design for Stepper Motors, Sensors, Microphone interface.

Working knowledge of I2C, I2S, SPI, UART Communication protocols.

Hands-on experience in programming and working with industrial robots.

Bachelor's Degree in technical subjects or specialization in relevant domains.
