• Regular Cleaning:
• Performing routine cleaning operations of facilities and buildings within the facility.
• Cleaning public areas such as halls, corridors, and external facilities of the building.
• Regularly dusting and cleaning furniture, floors, and windows.
• Cleaning and sanitizing sanitary facilities such as bathrooms and kitchens.
• Cleaning and arranging furniture and equipment inside the buildings.
• Waste Removal:
• Collecting and emptying trash bins and removing waste and empty bottles.
• Disposing of waste properly according to environmental policies.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Care for cleaning tools and equipment and ensure their regular maintenance.
• Report any issues with equipment and appliances and request repairs when necessary.
• Report any damages or malfunctions in the units to the maintenance department in Corporate Services.
• Monitor the level of cleaning materials and supplies and submit replenishment requests as needed.
• Adhere to security, health, and safety procedures while working.
• Provide reports on any issues or suggested improvements regarding cleaning and maintenance.
• Perform all duties in accordance with approved health and safety regulations and comply with general health and safety procedures.
