Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and representing the company at industry events and conferences. You will also be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Chandigarh.

Qualifications

Proven track record in business development and sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Experience in the IT or software industry

Knowledge of mobile app development and web technologies

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
