Hiring a secretary/ receptionist for a reputable and leading provider of Roofing and Waterproofing solutions in Beirut.
The female candidate must obtain practical experience in
- Handling all phone inquiries within own capacity protecting the CEO s time and answering queries in a friendly and proper manner.
- Managing receptionist area in an organized manner, including greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in person requests for information.
- Composing a variety correspondence, memos, letters for own and CEO s signature.
- Providing general administrative support involving filing, faxing, data entry and photocopying
- Organizing, managing and maintaining conferences, appointments and CEO s schedule.
- Maintaining up-to-date corporate documents, records and MIS using effective filing system to ensure a safe storage, quick and proper retrieval of needed documents according to CEO and business needs.
the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- A professional certificate in secretarial studies.
- At least 4 years of experience in the field.
- Residing in the Hamra area.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure.
Salary: $700 + NSSF.
Working days and timing: Monday till Friday from 09:00 a.m till 03:30 p.m
